The  health check provides a visual check of safety related items, such as tyres, steering and suspension, and brakes. As this is only an external inspection we would recommend a Flexi 12 or 24 for a thorough examination of brakes etc. Please see service schedules for full details.	The Essential service carries out all the checks covered by the Flexi Health Check, plus an oil and filter change. Please see service schedules for full details.	The Flexi 12 carries out all the checks covered by the Flexi Essential Service and in addition,  removes the wheels and checks the operation and condition of the brakes, we carry out a brake fluid test. Check and top up fluid levels change the air filter, check engine belts. Please see service schedules for full details	The Flexi 24 carries out all the checks covered by the Flexi 12 Service and in addition,  replaces the brake fluid, the spark plugs and the pollen filter. Please see service schedules for full details.

Flexi-Serve is a fixed price affordable servicing scheme which replaces your car maker’s own annual / major service after the warranty has run out. Specially designed for cars over three years old, Flexi-Serve is suitable for all popular makes of cars.  

We only ever use high quality parts from reputable manufacturers as well as Castrol oils and lubricants. All parts are covered by the component manufacturer’s own warranty (some parts may also be subject to mileage limitations). Any such defects arising within these periods will be rectified free of charge.  

You can be assured that all the work carried out on your vehicle is done by our own factory trained technicians at your local Caffyns dealership.  

The Flexi- Serve concept was devised by Caffyns in 1985 and all Flexi -serve jobs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of 3 months or 3000 miles (whichever expires first).
