New Meriva welcomes everyone with space for up to five people plus luggage or bulky items. Family life solved - even when plans change. With outer rear seats that move forwards, backwards - even diagonally - and a 40/20/40 split-folding rear seat back, new Meriva welcomes everyone.

The two most popular engines offered by the Meriva are the 1.4i 16v VVT Turbo Petrol which is ready to impress with its turbocharger which makes a relatively small engine seem far more powerful. On the other hand, the 1.7 16v CDTi Diesel will provide an exceptionally smooth and easy drive whilst still producing a highly respectable 54.3 miles per gallon. Both engines are available in 6-speed manual.

The Vauxhall Meriva can be made available with a number of different optional extras including a 6CD auto-changer, electrically foldable door mirrors and brilliant Bi-Xenon headlights. Other options available include rear parking distance sensors, rain sensitive wipers and Bluetooth telephone support.
