Your Development
At Caffyns we understand that by developing our employees' skills and knowledge we improve and develop the services we provide to our customers.
We provide a number of ‘core' courses for roles within the company at our dedicated training facility in Lewes as well as providing e-learning and workshops. We work in conjunction with our manufacturing partners to provide all staff with the technical skills that would be appropriate for their role.
We also have a well developed appraisal system which allows staff to discuss and address their training needs, continuing development in the Company.
In conjunction with Brighton City College we provide a bespoke Apprenticeship Programme for our future technicians. We provide other apprenticeships for Body Repair and Paint, Parts, Administration and IT with our manufacturers and local colleges.
