Finding a new XC90 quickly with a certain spec was lucky - there's quite a waiting list - Also Lucky was that it came from Caffyns because I can say I don't normally experience this level of attentiveness , especially post sale from any car dealers.

Going through the Finance and other queries and arranging pick up was a breeze with Ben and his team. A genuine want to help and do right and ensure all is OK at every step of the way.

The product is fantastic - I can see what the famous ex BBC car buff meant when he said luxury best this side of a Rolls Royce. Couple this with the Caffyns Dealership and you certainly feel special.

I would like to thank you for the very efficient service you provided during the sale and handover of my recently purchase Volvo V90. Although the two round trips to Eastbourne were over four hundred miles for us, the end result was well worth the effort. Your handling of the process and explanation of the complexities of the car were first class and the journey home through atrocious weather on a dark Friday evening was made much easier by the cars superb features. I particularly liked the thoughtful touch of supplying a spare number plate to go with the tow bar that was fitted and a full tank of fuel on delivery.

I shall not hesitate to recommend you and Caffyns to anyone thinking of buying a Volvo. With thanks again for your service.

We picked up our Volvo XC60 on 12th January 2017 from Caffyns in Eastbourne (this being a motability car). We were advised and served by Ben Spillard who we found very helpful and courteous, he made us feel important as customers. The hand over was very straight forward with Ben's help and also the assistance from Bill Clarke.

Ben also went through all the controls with us which he explained fully and easily, he also made a lovely cup of coffee.

I arrived at Caffyns with little idea of what car I actually wanted in hope that I would be practically told what would be best for me. Jake took down everything I mentioned that I wanted in a car as well as suggesting things that I wouldn't have thought of. Jake explained how hire purchase and PCP worked so that I fully understood my options. After having a look at the cars on site I found a Mini Cooper S that after test driving I fell in love with. The test drive route was much further than previous car sellers I had been to which really gave you a feel for the car. Jake was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable and I have come away with a car that I am extremely happy with.
