My experience at Audi Worthing was cracking because the staff were very helpful and the car was exactly what I was looking for. I did notice a couple of scratches on the paintwork a day or two after purchase and as soon as I contacted the sales rep that I dealt with, he said “We’ll sort that for you” and they did without any hesitation. Fantastic service and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I dealt with Andrew when buying my 2017 Audi S3 and what a great salesman. He knew exactly what he was doing in every aspect of his job role. Great customer service! When picking up my new car he even managed to sell my girlfriend a brand new Audi A1 with a brilliant deal and managed to get a delivery date on the car for as soon as she wanted. The experience at Audi Eastbourne was fantastic because we always received sensible, friendly and knowledgeable advice. Staff, especially Mark Hodd, have been very helpful in providing a sensible price and choice of finance options. Overall, we have been treated very well. My experience at Audi Worthing was memorable because, having strayed from Audi in search of something more iconic, I found that I always missed my last Audi driving experience. Having returned to Audi I found the customet care aspect the same as before, second to none, and once again I am enjoying driving, apart from the congestion on our roads today which is the same for everyone, I take heart from the fact that even when waiting for traffic to clear I am sat in such nice surrounding in a vehicle who's build quality is of the highest order.
