I was happy with the service at Audi Worthing because our sales person made us feel like valued customers even though we bought an Approved Used Audi not a new one.
I had a great experience at Audi Eastbourne because the sales person was very friendly and helpful, the extras I wanted added to the vehicle were sorted in just a couple of days, and the vehicle was in immaculate condition when I picked it up.

I'd recommend Audi Eastbourne to a friend because the service was exceptional. I didn't feel like I was being hurried into buying the car. I was never put under any pressure and when I did decide to buy, everything was carried out easily and simply. The car sales person that sold the car to me was brilliant.

Audi Eastbourne were great because sales person, Brenden Morley, who was very patient and listened to my requirements, arranged for the small marks on the boot and mirror of the car to be re-sprayed and also convinced this manual driver for over 42 years that an Audi A1 Automatic was the car for me. He was so right and I am a complete convert to Audi and Audi Automatic cars.

Audi Eastbourne staff were good because I arrived without an appointment after seeing the car on the forecourt, I was looked after by Wes who explained everything very efficiently & within 30 mins I was giving my chosen car a test drive....I loved it.
I paid cash for the vehicle so didn’t have an abundance of forms to fill in, which was very good.
This all happened on the Monday & Wes said I could collect the car on the Thursday as I also purchased the Life Shine package.
I transferred the cash to Audi on the Tuesday, but on Thursday morning Wes contacted me to say payment had not been received. When I arrived on Thursday to pick up my new car it could not be released to me as the payment had still not arrived. I had already transferred my insurance to my new car & didn’t know what I was going to do! Wes understood that I had made the payment & that it was a mistake on my Banks behalf, he arranged for me to borrow another car from Audi for 24hrs until the payment was received.
I had a few heated conversations with my Bank, who I felt had ruined the whole experience of purchasing my new car, but the whole Audi experience & Wes’s positive attitude completely turned everything around for me. I happily picked my new car up on the Friday & have been very much enjoying it since. I will look forward to dealing with Eastbourne Audi again & would totally recommend it to everyone.
