Audi extends new car warranties and extended warranties
Due to the ongoing outbreak of the coronavirus, Audi is offering customers an extension to their new car and extended warranties.
As people are unable to visit their local Audi dealership and make any warranty claims at present, these extensions will grant peace of mind to customers who'll now be able to make the claim when it is safe to visit our showrooms.
These extensions are applicable to all Audi models produced in Europe, Brazil, Mexico or India with new car or extended warranties that expire between 1st March 2020 and 31st May 2020. Warranties that expire between this time will now end three-months after their original expiration date, with the latest extended expiration date being 31st August 2020.
"We are reaching out to our customers in these trying times and are enabling more flexibility in order to organize visits to Audi dealerships”, says Horst Hanschur, Vice President Retail Business Development and Customer Services. “Many of our dealer partners worldwide are still closed or just in the process of opening their doors again. We are therefore making adjustments in a number of areas in order to ensure our customers still have a premium experience with the Audi brand, as well as to ensure the future of our dealerships."

The mileage restrictions of the Audi extended new car warranties as well as the extended warranties will remain unchanged. If there is an overlap between the extension of a new car warranty and the beginning of an Audi extended warranty, the beginning of the extended warranty will be delayed by three months for free.
Contact your local Caffyns Audi dealership to find out more about these warranty extensions.
*The above extensions are a one-time, goodwill gesture by Audi due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and are not an acknowledgement or any legal obligation. Nor do these imply any such obligiation in the future.
