Our highly-qualified technicians subject all Approved Used Audis to a comprehensive series of stringent tests and inspections. Allowing you to buy with peace of mind.

We prepare all our vehicles to the highest possible standard; however, should a fault occur with a factory fitted, mechanical or electrical component, you can rest assured that your vehicle will be covered, subject to the terms and conditions of your warranty.

12 month Warranty
You are covered for the costs (limited to parts and labour inclusive of VAT up to the maximum claim limit) of repairing or replacing the covered components that have suffered a sudden electrical or mechanical failure occurring within the area of cover and during the period of cover.

Your Approved used car warranty can be further extended, provided your car is maintained by an Audi Authorised Centre. We will write to you 4 weeks before the warranty expiry date to explain how this can be done but so long as you maintain your vehicle correctly, you can renew this every 12 months* thereafter.

There is no limit to the number of claims that can be made and no limit to the value of claims up to the purchase price paid for the Approved Used Car.


All replacement parts and labour will be paid for with the following exceptions:

  • Routine servicing (all parts replaced associated with routine servicing are excluded)
  • All bodywork, glass (including heated rear screens) and seals
  • All adjustments, cambelt timing, diesel pump timing or cleaning
  • Batteries
  • Bulbs, including Xenon and fuses
  • CV boot gaiters
  • Exhaust systems catalytic (converters are covered for internal failure)
  • Upholstery, interior and exterior trims
  • Non-Manufacturer’s Original Parts
  • Tyres and wheels
  • Un-encased drive belts
  • Wiper blades and arms
  • Wiring and connections (including HT leads and aerial coaxial cables)
  • Worn brake discs, drums and frictional material
  • Worn clutch pressure plates, bearings and frictional material
  • Coolant pipes and Hoses
  • Some exclusions apply.

My experience at Audi Brighton was cracking because the service is second to none, everything is explained well and you feel like you are being looked after.

The sales and finance team are excellent but you have to watch the service team, they're always looking for ways to get you to spend more cash during a service. I've no problem with that but if happened 3 times in a row now and has left me with little confidence that their advice is anything other than a ploy for more revenue.

I'd suggest Audi Brighton to a friend because I saw an offer on Facebook which I messaged them about and within a very short timeframe I had a response from Samuel who was very patient whilst I was asking lots of questions and deciding whether to buy the car. He then sent me a personalised video of the car which was an incredible extra as this made my final decision on the car as it was as if I was there in person being spoken through the car. Once purchased, I was updated every step of the way. Sam was very polite and approachable and although he is a salesman he wasn’t pushy in any way at all to seal the deal. The car was delivered to me 7 days after I had bought it and dropped right outside my office. The lovely driver (excuse me for forgetting his name) went through all the paper work and everything I needed to know, he was very patient and although he had travelled over 100miles to me - he didn’t rush me through anything given he had to travel back. I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish and given that buying a new car can usually be quite a stressful process, I can honestly say, it was completely stress free. I will definitely be recommending people to visit/contact the Brighton branch when looking for a new car. Thank you.

My experience at Audi Brighton was just great. Jack Taylor is a rising star there honestly. I went to Audi a few months ago to trade in my TT for something else I was after. We looked at a few options and none fit my picky needs as I was going for a slightly used car, so couldn’t spec what I desired from scratch basically. I turned all the offers down as I wasn’t in dire need to trade in AtleAst for another year. Jack listened, he didn’t push me into anything. Months later (like 2 months), a LOVELY Q3 came in, 3 months or so old, had ALL the specs I wanted, all the specs the other options months before didn’t have. Jack was quick to spot, obviously remembered what I wanted (cos he listened so well) and he met my wants and needs, so it was an easy sell at that point, I was never going to turn it down. I felt like a valued customer, he made the whole process so easy for me and he is always there to help whenever I had any questions. I know how demanding I am. He had respect for the customer, that’s what I liked, not just some typical salesman, he really understand what selling premium cars is about. I’ll be sure to come hassle him again in 3 years (that’s if you don’t promote him by then ;) ) Thanks guys! Ps.
