Latest Announcement - Safety Measures Remain After 19th July

Here at Caffyns our priority remains the safety of our staff and customers. Because of this, we have made the decision to keep all of our safety procedures in place to ensure everyone feels as safe as possible during their time at our dealerships.

Although it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering, it will remain mandatory for our staff, and we are asking customers to do the same to help protect vulnerable visitors and staff. Social distancing will remain throughout all areas of our dealerships, with floor markings and protective screens in place to minimise the risk of infection.

Our remote sales teams are still available to offer virtual appointments for those who do not wish to visit the dealership. If you prefer you can also reserve a used car from the comfort of your own home for just £99.

These safety measures will be reviewed regularly and amended when necessary. We would like to thank customers for their cooperation and understanding during this time and we look forward to seeing you soon. ​

A member of the team will be in touch to discuss this with you, however, please refer to the vehicle manufacturer website or supplier of your warranty for specific queries. We are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries and are striving to contact everyone as soon as possible.

Yes, you will still be fully insured. Please continue to adhere to the requirements of the courtesy car / loan car provisions and a member of the team will be in contact shortly to discuss this in more detail.
