At Caffyns Volvo we've been working hard to keep our customers and colleagues safe. 

At Caffyns Volvo we are committed to providing personal safety for our customers and colleagues. We will ensure that our showrooms provide a safe place to work in and visit.

We have been using the government advice and implementing new measures to ensure the showrooms are safe. We will constantly review and make changes in line with the government guidance, as required. 

 

 

 

We have followed the government advice to ensure our showrooms are prepared and safe. Although your experience may be different to before, we will still offer the same exceptional customer service. Find out more about the changes we have implemented below. 

 

  

Appointments

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments will need to be made in advance and we also request that you come alone, if possible. We will have additional signage with instructions for when your enter the showroom. On arrival you may have to wait in your car until a member of our team can welcome you into the showroom.

 

 

Hygiene Measures

HYGIENE MEASURES

We have installed hand sanitising stations within our showrooms which you will be able to use when you arrive. You may be invited to our customer seating areas whilst we wait for a colleague to come and assist you, but social distancing will be followed. We will not be providing refreshments or reading materials.

 

  

Social Distancing

SOCIAL DISTANCING

There will be markers and arrows on the floor within the showroom for social distancing, to adhere to government guidelines. All paperwork will be completed remotely and electronically, to meet with the guidance. We will also be requesting  when possible that all payments are contactless.  

 

 

Our Showroom

OUR SHOWROOM

In our showroom we will have fewer cars to make sure there is plenty of space and making it safer to view the cars. You will be able to view the cars with or without assistance and with the use of media screens. The area will be sanitised and cleaned regularly, and there will be disposable gloves to wear.

PPE

Our staff will be provided with essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to keep them safe. Before they work on a car it will be sanitised. They will have additional protective covers inside the car for the steering wheel, gear lever and seats. 

 

Cleaning

RETURNING A CAR 

When returning your car to you it will be completely sanitised, including all touch-points both inside and outside. Your key will be handed over in a plastic bag and all paperwork will be completed remotely and electronically.

 

Handover

VEHICLE HANDOVER

All handovers will now be completed away from the showroom and will take place either at your home or workplace. The car will be thoroughly sanitised before handover and protected covers will also be used.
 

 

Keys

TAKING A TEST DRIVE

If you would like to book a test drive you will need to make an appointment. The demonstrator vehicle will be thoroughly disinfected before every drive. The key will be presented in a bag and covers will be placed in the car.

 

We are pleased to announce our sales and aftersales departments are now OPEN. Our first priority will be to complete the work of the cars in our workshops so we can return them to customers.
