1) MAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Head Office and Group Staff
Company managers and nominated brand sales executives
Lease and Finance company departments and representatives
Manufacturer’s fleet departments and representatives
Suppliers and other company representatives
Corporate / Business Customer
2) OBJECTIVES AND KEY TASKS:
To maintain the ‘Go Lease’ website ensuring that all customer offers are competitive, reflective of the current Manufacturer offers and are compliant with the rules and regulations as set out by the FCA.
To ensure all customer enquiries are qualified correctly and offered the most suitable and best value car leasing packages for both private and business customers.
To ensure that new car sales targets of numbers and profitability are met.
To sell and promote vehicle finance packages in line with department targets.
To ensure that sales are conducted in a professional way.
To enter information correctly on UCS and manufacturers’ systems as required.
To promote Caffyns through a professional attitude to work and when dealing with suppliers, manufacturers and customers.
To present a professional image at all times.
To maintain contact with customers after purchase to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
To keep any company car/demonstrators in saleable condition.
To complete all paperwork associated with the vehicle sale in accordance with
Caffyns plc’s Due Diligence Procedure.
To work as a team with colleagues to ensure that the business operates effectively.
To assist other Branches as required.
3) OTHER DUTIES:
This list of duties is not exhaustive and other tasks and responsibilities will be required of the post holder including any other duties commensurate with the post as requested by the Fleet Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, Head of Business, Regional Director or Head Office staff.
All information relating to customers and the business is to be treated confidentially in line with Company procedures.
To ensure that all clerical procedures within the Fleet Sales department are carried out in accordance with company policies.
To ensure that the company’s Health and Safety policy, procedures, records and notices are complied with at all times.
To ensure that the Corporate department’s computer equipment and storage areas are safe and properly maintained at all times.
To instigate and operate sales advertising and promotional activities within agreed financial limits.
To resolve any complaints quickly and effectively.
To carry out any special tasks as specified by the Fleet Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, Head of Business, Regional Director or Head Office.
To maintain good communications with all sales.
Maintain close relationships with the manufacturers, suppliers, statutory representatives and all other business related contacts.
To advise the Fleet Sales Manager or General Sales Manager on all related matters of importance.

8) HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Caffyns has an obligation under the Health and Safety at work act 1974 to provide safe and healthy working conditions. All employees are required to co-operate with management in discharging this responsibility and must take responsible care for the health and safety of themselves and others.
All employees must read and adhere to the relevant sections of the Caffyns Health and Safety procedure.
9) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Other terms and conditions are as reflected in the contract of employment policies and procedures, as amended from time to time and as governed by statute.
MA Fleet/Broker Sales Executive
FCA approved or be prepared to undertake training and receive accreditation in agreed timeframe.
A proven, successful sales background.
GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent
Ability to present information clearly and concisely
Good level of computer literacy
Self motivated, pro active and innovative with a willingness to learn and improve.
A proven successful sales background.
An outstanding level of customer service and a willingness to help.
Knowledge of and ability to apply vehicle sales processes.
Knowledge of the Audi Brand and its products.
Good oral and written communication skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to work in a customer focused manner
Self-prioritise the daily workload according to the business needs
Can demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks within set timeframes
Knowledge of/can demonstrate ability to work with UCS (in-house IT system designed for the motor retail industry) or similar Dealer Management System.
Knowledge of the Audi Brand and its products.
Self motivated and able to work effectively as a team
