Vauxhall are adding the top-of-the-range Ultimate trim to the Grandland X, Vauxhall’s latest addition to the X family. Going above and beyond the already high level of technology featured in the model, the Ultimate trim brings the highest specification to the Grandland X. For a more premium feel, the Grandland X Ultimate features Adaptive Cruise Control, wireless mobile phone charging and Denon premium sound system. Plus, owners will benefit from a heated steering wheel and windscreen, as well as heated rear seats, a 360-degree Panoramic Camera and the Premium LED Adaptive Forward Lighting Pack with projector headlights.

A powerful new 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine is also included, bringing refinement and power with 177PS at 3,750rpm and 400Nm of torque at 2,000rpm for effortless acceleration. The impressive engine has been paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, offering a smooth linear shift pattern. The new engine produces CO2 emissions of 128g/km and an impressive combined fuel efficiency of 57.6mpg.

The Grandland X offers a range of modern driver assistance and comfort features, including Adaptive Cruise Control with pedestrian detection and Automatic Emergency Braking, Advanced Park Assist and Driver Drowsiness Alert. The outstanding level of safety was confirmed by Euro NCAP, who rated the newest Vauxhall SUV high across all four safety categories and awarded the model five stars.

The muscular exterior design is attractive and elegant, hinting at the refined driving experience found within. Clear and smooth lines identify the model as a Vauxhall, with a wide stance, slim LED taillights and integrated tailpipes reveal the Grandland X’s sporty edge. Inside, the Grandland X is sophisticated and stylish, with a seamlessly integrated centre console touchscreen with three rows of controls that sit close to the driver for easy and safe use. Plus, occupants of the new SUV will be able to enjoy top connectivity systems with the latest generation of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatible IntelliLink systems and wireless smartphone charging. Customers can also opt for Vauxhall OnStar, a personal connectivity and service assistant that includes a Wi-Fi hotspot and additional services including booking hotel rooms and searching for parking.
