SEAT Mii electric Titled Value Electric Car of the Year
The new SEAT Mii electric has been titled 'Value Electric Car of the Year' at the inaugural What Car? Electric Car Awards.
This was the second win for the Mii electric which, earlier this year, also won the award for 'Best Small Electric Car Under £25,000' at the 2020 What Car? Car of the Year Awards.
For both rewards, What Car? credited the Mii electric's win to its excellent ride comfort, outstanding 160-mile range and driving dynamics. Critics also cited the Mii electric's competitive price of just £19,300, making it one of the most affordable electric cars which doesn't infringe on style. Placed in the 12E insurance bracket as well as 0% Benefit in Kind (BIK) rating, the Mii electric has proven to be the optimal choice of car for both personal and business users alike.
“The Mii electric can go much farther between charges than most rivals, plus it handles well and is surprisingly spacious and comfortable for such a tiny car. Given that all of these strengths are combined with a bargain price, it's the ideal first step on the electric car ladder."
- Steve Huntingford, What Car? Editor
The Mii electric also comes with an array of highly-sought after features such as metallic paint, fast-charging (DC at 40kW), Lane Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition as well as Parking Sensors.
"Despite being SEAT’s first ever all-electric car, the Mii electric has already won plaudits for making the electric car market even more accessible and desirable, and the latest of two What Car? awards this year is testament to that."
- Richard Harrison, SEAT UK Managing Director
