I'd definitely recommend Volvo Eastbourne to friends and family because the level of service, particularly from Jules Boyd was second to none. I didn't visit the showroom, but bought the car based on a personalised video Jules put together for me and my husband. Our dealings with Jules have been at long distance but frankly far more customer centric than we had experienced at local Volvo garages. Jules performance and commitment to our sale went the extra mile.

My experience at Volkswagen Worthing was cracking because John Poxon, the salesman was absolutely brilliant. I felt comfortable talking to him, he explained everything in a way that I could understand and to the level that I needed. I did not feel that I was being pressured in any way or condescended to as a mere female on my own. He was patient, pleasant and polite at all times with a friendly, caring approach. When I took the car out for my first drive in an automatic car he showed no fear of my being behind the wheel, he talked me through procedures and was encouraging! On handover of the car, he patiently sat with me for at least 20 minutes to explain the displays, levers options etc. He encouraged me to call back in to see him or a colleague if I had any queries at all about the car and he contacted me on the Monday following when he was back at work to check if all was OK. When I did have a query and came back to the garage he immediately gave me the explanation that I needed. I could not fault my buying experience and have every confidence in Caffyns Worthing. I think the service package that I have is an excellent idea, it worked well with my last Golf and has been transferred over to the new car with no fuss. Every one at Caffyns Worthing is polite and friendly and taking the car in for servicing, MOT or parts is an easy experience.
