The experience at Volkswagen Eastbourne was good because sam was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted before making a recommendation.

I would recommend Skoda Ashford to friends and family because the sales person, Nathan Burgess, was very professional throughout. He made contact a few days after delivery to check all was OK, which was reassuring. Disappointed that we can no longer get any support but that is due to the general shutdown because of the Coronavirus. The only reason we went to look at Yetis at Ashford was because Nathan contacted us with a couple of cars he thought we might be interested in. He had listened to what we wanted and made sure he only contacted us with appropriate vehicles - we would not have gone all the way to Ashford if he not done so. The only disappointing thing is that we feel we paid over the odds for the vehicle.
