I'd recommend Volkswagen Eastbourne because they were polite and courteous, and the showroom is very clean and well presented. However, we found the process slow and laborious. Once we had made up our mind what vehicle to purchase, the process seemed to take forever to complete. Time is precious and we felt things could have been done much faster. At times we were even left waiting around (albeit seated) as if we were patients in a doctors waiting room.
