If you haven't registered and fully activated SEAT CONNECT,  you can only use the Public Emergency Call Service.  If you have a navigation plus system will not be able to navigate online and "Hola Hola" will only work with specific voice commands.

In order to register, just download the My SEAT app from the Apple or Google Play Store, create your SEAT ID and register your SEAT.   

Firstly, please check the following:

  • Ensure you have a good internet signal or data connection
  • Your car VIN number is correct
  • Your model of SEAT is compatible (built after September 2020)
  • You have a valid SEAT CONNECT subscription
