Experienced Aftersales Manager

Are you ready to take the wheel of a dynamic and customer-focused aftersales department? We’re looking for a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the charge in our busy dealership.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the efficient, profitable operation of our Service and Parts departments
• Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction while driving sales and profitability
• Manage resources effectively to meet performance and financial goals
• Handle customer enquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and care
• Lead our Volvo parts operations across the dealership territory
• Implement company and manufacturer procedures in collaboration with the Aftersales Manager
• Promote and sell genuine Manufacturer parts to both Trade and Retail customers

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong leader with experience in service and parts operations
• A customer-focused mindset with a professional and polite approach
• Proven ability to meet targets and manage departmental profitability
• Experience with Volvo parts is a plus, but not essential
