Are you ready to kickstart your career in the automotive industry? Caffyns is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Apprentice to join our dynamic team and grow with us. As an apprentice, you'll have the chance to work hands-on with industry professionals while gaining valuable skills and knowledge to complete your Apprenticeship and achieve your qualification. Driving licence would be an advantage.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with parts delivery and warehouse duties.
- Ensure accurate stock identification and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all orders are handled with care and efficiency.
- Work alongside experienced colleagues to maintain parts catalogues and systems.
- Follow company procedures, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are met at all times.
- Attend regular training sessions and college/academy classes to develop your skills.
Who We're Looking For:
- Passionate about the automotive industry.
- Minimum of three GCSE’s (Grade C or above in Maths, English, and Science).
- Ability to work in a customer-focused manner.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the company.
