What You'll Do:
- Sell new and used vehicles, ensuring both sales numbers and profitability targets are achieved.
- Promote vehicle finance packages and meet branch targets.
- Follow Caffyns’ “Steps” programme for a professional sales process.
- Enter key information into UCS and manufacturers’ systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction even after the sale.
- Collaborate with service and valet staff to ensure vehicles are ready for sale.
- Work in a supportive team environment, assisting other branches as needed.
Key Requirements:
- FCA Approved or willingness to undertake training and accreditation.
- Full UK Driving Licence and GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a customer-focused manner.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to prioritize daily tasks.
