The New Audi A6 e-torn has been launched, offering drivers another addition to the e-tron range that boasts exceptional performance, range, efficiency and charging.
The A6 e-tron is the first fully electric model to be offered as a Sportback and Avant, and the second model to use the PPE platform.

The New Audi Q6 e-tron boasts an elegant and progressive exterior design, with slim daytime running lights and wide grille combined with a flowing, dynamic roofline. Quattro blisters emphasis the model’s sporting nature thanks to their muscular shape. The battery is highlighted by a black insert in the sill area, giving the car a flat, slim appearance from the side and highlighting its length. At the back, a 3D light strip and striking spoiler lip creates an eye-catching rear, further accentuating its sporty personality. 20” five-twin spoke wheels come as standard. At the front, the Audi A6 e-tron offers digital daytime running lights with LED technology as well as second-generation digital OLED rear lights on higher spec models.
The model’s sporting design and set-up contributes to its outstanding aerodynamics. The Sportback boasts a low cw value of .021, making it the best Audi of all time in terms of aerodynamics, and also the most aerodynamic vehicle in the entire VW Group. The Avant achieves an impressive 0.24 cw value, also making it one of the best in the segment.
Inside, the new model has been created to be consistently geared towards the driver’s needs, such as the MMI panoramic display with curved design. It features an 11.9” Audi virtual cockpit and 14.5” MMI touch display, together with 10.9” MMI front passenger display, covering all your infotainment needs. Active Privacy Mode allows the front passenger to enjoy entertainment whilst travelling without distracting the driver. An optional smart panoramic roof enhances the interior, minimising direct sunlight with the ability to become opaque at the touch of a button.
An impressive fully electric range of over 450 miles (A6 Sportback e-tron) and over 430 miles (A6 Avant e-tron) ensures there’s no limit to adventures you can enjoy. Two versions of the model will be available from launch: the A6 Sportback/Avant e-tron performance, and the S6 Sportback/Avant e-ton. Further models will be available at a later date.
A range of safety and assistance features will be available from launch, including park assist plus, surround view camera, traffic-sign recognition, distraction and drowsiness warning and adaptive cruise control. Adaptive driving assistant plus is a new feature that increases driver comfort and confidence even further.
The Audi A6 e-tron concept was first debuted at the Auto Shanghai show, providing an early glimpse into the future of Audi electric models. UK sales will now begin on 2nd September 2024, along with full pricing and specification.
