Support also goes beyond the roadside. With access to authorised repairers, customers can benefit from an extensive fleet of courtesy vehicles. If a repair involves a complex technical issue or a required part is not immediately available, a courtesy car can be provided to minimise disruption and keep drivers on the move with confidence.
Another key benefit of MG Assistance is that it remains available for the duration of your vehicle’s warranty. Every new MG comes with one year of roadside assistance as standard. After this initial period, customers can enjoy a free, service-activated 12-month renewal of AA roadside assistance each time their vehicle is serviced at Caffyns MG.
All new MG models are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer warranty of up to 7 years or 80,000 miles, giving you added peace of mind and long-term confidence in your MG.
