The all-new MG4 EV Urban has arrived in the UK with an enhanced cabin, intuitive technology, and improved performance and driving range.

Offering affordable electric mobility, the MG4 EV Urban delivers this with the Comfort Standard Range starting from £23,495 whilst the Comfort Long Range is priced from £25,495. The Premium Long Range is available from £27,995. With the Premium Extended Range available from £32,995, it has made itself one of the lowest priced cars with the longest range available in the UK market.
The MG4 EV XPOWER, priced at £33,995, is one of the fastest accelerating cars you can buy in the UK at the moment.

MG has a history of offering affordable and practical electric vehicles. The MG4 EV Urban follows suit with being an affordable and attractive EV model. It is a versatile hatchback with plenty of space for passengers. There is generous leg room in the second row for passengers.
It also offers 30 storage spaces throughout the cabin, ensuring there is plenty of space to make each and every drive comfortable and convenient. The boot features up to 479 litres of space with an additional 98 litres in the recessed area below.
The interior is equipped with an elegant 12.8” HD touchscreen and a 7” HD Driver Display to stay connected. The MG iSMART ensures all smartphones are connected as standard. There is also wireless charging and Online Apps, such as TikTok, YouTube or Spotify on the Premium Long Range.
To maximise safety features, the MG4 EV Urban comes with 17 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems from the improved MG Pilot. Additionally, the 360-degree panoramic camera on the Premium model offers a real-time view on the central screen to assist with parking. The MG4 EV Urban has already achieved Euro NCAP’s 5-star rating.
MG have incorporated the advanced front wheel drive E3 Platform. There are also new battery choices including a 43kWh Standard Range and a 54kWh Long Range battery. The Long Range battery can deliver up to 258 miles of range. In just 28 minutes, the 43kWh battery can reach 10% to 80%, whilst the 54kWh battery can reach 80% in just 30 minutes.
For performance, there are five driving modes to meet the driver’s personalised driving experience. These include: Snow, ECO, Standard, Sport and Custom.
MG have also further improved and enhanced the MG4 EV. It features new technology and excellent range. For 2026, all the MG4 EV models will feature new 18” alloy wheels with a sportier design, and available in three new colours: Earling Green, Cosmic Silver and Piccadilly Blue. They will also benefit from a new 10.25” LCD Driver Display screen and a new HD 12.8” centre touchscreen.
