Škoda Auto has taken the wraps off its new Epiq show car, a compact all-electric city SUV crossover that previews the brand’s next step in electrification. With its bold minimalist design, clever use of space and focus on digital integration, the Epiq is positioned as a practical and affordable option for everyday driving while also highlighting Škoda’s commitment to sustainable mobility.

At just over 4.1 metres long, the Epiq is designed for city living but still offers impressive versatility. It provides seating for five passengers and a generous 475-litre boot, while its projected range of up to 264 miles ensures it is just as capable on longer trips. The production version is expected to launch at a price point similar to Škoda’s Kamiq – positioning it as the brand’s most affordable EV to date.
The Epiq is also the first Škoda to fully adopt the new Modern Solid design language, expressed through clean lines, robust proportions, and functional styling. Its Cashmere matt paint is contrasted with a glossy black Tech-Deck Face and distinctive T-shaped LED running lights, while a new tornado line adds strong shoulders and a dynamic profile.
Inside, Škoda has prioritised digital integration and everyday usability. The minimalist cabin offers wireless charging, Simply Clever storage compartments, and a mix of physical buttons with haptic controls. Practical details such as hooks, fasteners, and hidden underfloor compartments further enhance its versatility for both families and lifestyle-focused drivers.
By combining innovation, practicality, and affordability, the Škoda Epiq show car represents a major step in the brand’s electric journey and a sign of what’s to come when the production model arrives in 2026.
