Škoda UK is celebrating 30 years of the Octavia with the introduction of a striking new colour, selected by fans through a series of online polls. After voting across Škoda UK’s social media channels, followers chose Dragon Skin as a new paint option for the Octavia vRS, narrowly beating Storm Blue and Tangerine Orange. As a result, UK customers are now able to order the Octavia vRS in Dragon Skin paint option.
The poll took place across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, continuing a tradition of giving vRS enthusiasts a say in the model’s styling. Dragon Skin now joins two other fan-selected finishes introduced following a 2025 poll, where Waterworld Green and Space Violet were chosen ahead of Hot Chilli Red and Plum Blue.
Available on both hatch and estate versions of the Octavia vRS, Dragon Skin adds even greater visual impact to the performance-focused model. Priced at £855, it allows drivers another way to personalise a car known for combining everyday practicality with engaging performance and distinctive design.
Later this year, Dragon Skin will also feature on a limited run of 130 Octavia SportLine models, alongside recently introduced exclusive colours Waterworld Green, Space Violet and Royal Green. Further details on ordering and production will be announced in due course.
