Vauxhall Grandland Awarded Medium Car of the Year
Vauxhall Grandland

Vauxhall has been awarded the ‘Medium Car of the Year’ by the Company Car & Van Awards for the Vauxhall Grandland. Judges have praised the Grandland for its practicality, equipment levels, and electrified range.

The awards recognise vehicles that are outstanding for business users in terms of value, practicality, and performance.

The Grandland has been recognised for its spacious interior, varied choice of electrified powertrains, and value. It is able to meet the diverse needs and expectations of company car drivers and fleet operators.

“For customers looking for a practical SUV that comes well equipped, with enough space on board for five & their luggage, the Grandland offers this in spades. Furthermore, it’s priced right, and with a 400-mile range EV and a PHEV version, it also ticks the company car box. The car that surprised us the most last year is our Medium Car of the Year.”

Andrew Walker, Company Car & Van Editor

The family-size SUV features a bold presence on the road with advanced technology in the cabin for convenience. There are two fully-electric powertrains available for the Grandland, it can also come as a hybrid. In the spring, there will be a plug-in hybrid version with a long-range electric version later in the year.

It starts from £35,455, which includes the Electric Car Grant, for the electric version while the hybrid starts from £36,600.

“We’re delighted that Grandland has been recognised as ‘Medium Car of the Year’. This award highlights the real appeal of Grandland for business users; it’s a well-equipped, spacious SUV with efficient electrified options that make it an ideal choice for company drivers and fleets alike.”

Eurig Druce, Vauxhall Managing Director & Stellantis UK Group Managing Director
