Vauxhall has confirmed pricing and specifications for the new Mokka GSE, the fastest fully electric model in its line-up. Priced from £36,995 OTR – reduced to £35,495 with the Electric Car Grant – the Mokka GSE blends rally-inspired performance with everyday practicality. First deliveries are expected by the end of the year.

Powered by a 54kWh battery (51kWh usable), the Mokka GSE delivers 280hp and 345Nm of torque via a single electric motor. This translates to a rapid 0-62mph sprint in just 5.9 seconds, a top speed of 124mph and a range of up to 209 miles (WLTP). An 11kW onboard charger with Vehicle-to-Load capability comes as standard, with charging from 0-80% achievable in just 27 minutes on a 100kW rapid charger. Drivers can also choose from three modes: Sport for maximum power, Normal for balanced driving, and Eco for efficiency.
The GSE stands out with an aggressive rally-inspired design, including a black roof, high-gloss cladding, unique bumpers and GSE badging. Sleek Intelli-Lux Matrix LED headlights and LED taillights enhance its premium look, while 20-inch bi-colour alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport EV tyres provide grip and control. Customers may also upgrade to Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres for improved efficiency and a slight boost in range.
Inside, the Mokka GSE features a sporty, driver-focused cabin. Heated Alcantara™ sport bucket seats with integrated headrests, a heated vegan leather steering wheel, aluminium pedals and Alcantara trim details give it a performance aesthetic. Ambient lighting, a black headliner and premium materials complete the atmosphere.
Technology comes via Vauxhall’s PureSense and PureConnect packages, offering advanced driver assistance and infotainment as standard. Highlights include Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Lane Positioning Assist, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Drowsy Driver Detection, and Side Blind Spot Alert. The 10-inch Pure Panel Multimedia Navi system integrates EV route mapping, wireless Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, and unique GSE performance pages with real-time data. Convenience is enhanced with a wireless charging pad, multiple USB outlets, heated and folding mirrors, keyless entry and connected services.
Chassis engineering takes inspiration from motorsport, with a tuned suspension, upgraded shock absorbers, and a stiffer rear anti-roll bar for sharper handling. Front-wheel drive is supported by a Torsen limited-slip differential, while high-performance 380mm Alcon front brakes with yellow-painted calipers ensure stopping power matches the performance.
