Volkswagen has unveiled an entry-level, all-electric model, the ID. EVERY1, set to make its global debut at an upcoming premiere. Production is scheduled to begin in 2027, with a starting price of 20,000 euros. Ahead of its release, Volkswagen will launch the ID.2 in 2026. Both models are part of the Electric Urban Car Family and are built on Volkswagen’s latest modular electric drive platform (MEB) with front-wheel drive.

The ID. EVERY1 succeeds its predecessor, the up!, showcasing Volkswagen’s new design language and distinctive features, resulting in a bold model with plenty of character.

The ID. EVERY1 is part of Volkswagen’s Electric Urban Car Family and is built on the new modular electric drive platform (MEB). With its front-wheel-drive electric system, the MEB platform maximizes space efficiency and performance. The concept vehicle features a newly developed 70 kW (95 PS) electric motor, reaching a top speed of 130 km/h and offering a minimum range of 250 kilometres. Measuring 3,880 mm in length, it sits between the former up! (3,600 mm), the ID. 2all (4,050 mm), and the current Polo (4,074 mm). Inside, the ID. EVERY1 comfortably accommodates four passengers and provides a luggage capacity of 305 litres.
